Perform telephonic clinical triage and health information services using decision support software
Assess and assist members with various health challenges, including behavioral health crises
Educate members on healthcare decisions and direct them to appropriate levels of care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Current RN license is required; multi-state licensure is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
Minimum of three years of progressive clinical experience as an RN is required
Triage, Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or acute care experience is preferred
Behavioral Health and telephone triage experience in a call center setting is preferred
