Network Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to NextGen 911 migrations and ensure compliance with FCC audits
• Conduct research for data accuracy within network equipment and databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and maintain the integrity of the PSAP Profile database

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience, with a preference for 911 network knowledge
• Experience with Nortel DMS 100 or ECS1000 switches
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Understanding of the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and 911 network operations
• Willingness to provide 24x7 coverage, including weekends and holidays
