Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Engineer (IP/MPLS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for IP and MPLS network changes and troubleshooting
  • Perform hands-on CLI configuration and operational tasks on various network devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies
Qualifications:
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, JNCIP, Nokia SRC) are highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network technologies
  • Strong understanding of Ethernet services, MPLS, and IP routing principles
  • Extensive experience with various service types and architectures, including DIA, IES, ELINE, EPIPES, VPLS, and Metro Ethernet
  • Experience with creating and following detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs)
