Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Integration Managers to deliver successful integration projects
• Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning
• Build analytics frameworks to track key performance metrics and drive team alignment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS, networking, or systems integration, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Technical fluency in networking, SaaS, and cloud/on-prem integration
• Experience in project or operations management within a technical services team
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and performance tracking
• Proven ability to manage escalations and act as a senior technical escalation point
