The Sales Operations specialist role is a multi-faceted one that spans order entry and acknowledgements, production schedule management, sales and marketing event planning, customer visits, as well as driving the overall sales & marketing calendar. The position reports directly Chief Commercialization Officer and because Natron is growing rapidly this person will be multi-tasking frequently with the goal of identifying tools, training, resources (internal and external) to facilitate sales operations.
We all wear a lot of hats at Natron, so if you prefer working on the same thing every day with well-defined tasks, this is not for you. We need an all-around individual who can work on customer visits, sales meetings and conferences, manage a diverse team calendar, process orders, track product as well as team schedules, manage RMAs, generate sales operations reports, in short – manage pre and post customer / event / partner engagement with a heavy focus on orders, RMAs, and production schedule with feedback to the Sales team so they can best manage customer expectations. This role requires time and priority management and in many regards is a direct extension of the CCO. The successful candidate will demonstrate their comfort with a wide range of activities, strong work ethis and and an eagerness to continue to add value.
