About the role:
An experienced Growth Marketing Manager leading a range of performance media channels for Nanit. This role will help drive the strategic framework to grow customer acquisition efforts. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with expertise in performance marketing channels. You have a data-driven mindset and a proven-track record delivering measurable results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our acquisition efforts align with greater business goals. As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to test innovative ideas and drive incremental impact for Nanit.

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC 3 days per week
Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors. We will consider highly qualified remote candidates.
