Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Telugu-Speaking Customer Support Expert to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our Telugu-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Telugu via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
  • Fluency in Telugu (mandatory) and proficiency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
