About the Team

Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll design and roll out engaging campaigns tailored to specific customer groups and products. Using a variety of marketing tools, you’ll attract attention, keep customers interested, boost sales, and build loyalty. You’ll also measure the success of your campaigns, using feedback and data to keep improving.

• Plan and run marketing campaigns that align with customer needs, focusing on web and strategic partnership channels.
• Collaborate with senior team members to complete initiatives and deliver impactful results
• Assist with large-scale campaigns and take ownership of smaller promotions, coordinating creative, offers and pricing across teams
• Develop engaging email series, webinars and content for partners to promote offers and share insights
• Support key events ensuring they are well-executed and meet business objectives
• Use data and analytics to track campaign performance and improve strategies, while understanding customer needs and commercial goals

• Experience creating marketing campaigns that get results
• Organised, detail-focused, and great at managing projects
• A great teammate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas and influence others
• Familiar with marketing tools like HubSpot and Google Platforms
• Analytical approach with a knack for using data to inform decisions
• Adaptable and proactive, ready to tackle challenges in a dynamic setting
