DreamWorks Animation Television is seeking a Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our core mission of launching kids’ animated television series across a variety of streaming partners. The position will assist the Director in the overseeing day-to-day operations of all DreamWorks social media handles across all major platforms. Ideal candidates will have a vast knowledge of the current trends on social media, and aid in the brainstorming and creator of assets that will drive engagement and conversation on a variety of platforms. This role will also assist in the delivery of assets, files, and documents across internal and external partners. This role will report to the Director, Social.

“What would you say you do here?”
Assist management of the social media calendars for DreamWorks Brand, JR, TV, TikTok, and IP specific franchise accounts – adopting different & specific tones for our various channels and campaigns
Content curation, copywriting, scheduling and asset localization of our 6 main International social channels and franchise accounts.
Execution of social boost ad spend budget and processing invoices.
Coordinate with PR on key social initiatives – i.e. award nominations and talent birthdays
Organize notes and create trackers for social media campaigns, organizing social posts, and notes.
Routing campaign assets to Production and Legal Teams and ensuring notes are correctly implemented
Facilitate asset delivery to creative agencies and internal departments
Provide social assets to talent and key production members to promote season launches
In-person event coverage
Assist in providing social media data reporting and the presentation of findings to Executives
Community management and locating appropriate UGC
“What do I need to have in order to do this job?”
Minimum two (2) years of Administrative experience in a corporate setting
Knowledge and understanding of all major social media platforms
Knowledge and understanding of DreamWorks IP (Film & TV)
Experience using Photoshop and/or Premiere Pro (or equivalent software).
Experience using Google Suite or equivalent (especially Excel)
Desired Qualifications: “What can I offer?”
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
Experience with Sprinklr helpful, but not required
Experience in Adobe Suite software (or equivalent) including but not limited to Illustrator, After Effects, and Media Encoder
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
