Job Description

  • Oversee the team responsible for providing custody services to our Fund of Hedge Fund clients.
  • Manage client relationships, acting as escalation point for queries and issue resolution. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed. Assess high risk areas and implement necessary controls to minimize operational risks.
  • Work with both the internal AML team, and the administrators, ensuring all AML requirements are met
  • Ensure that the team is appropriately trained, engaged and efficient in achieving organizational targets and goals
  • Foster an environment of teamwork. Provide timely, relevant and honest feedback to your staff during the core cycle process and throughout the year. Responsible for performance management of the assigned team members.
  • Provide accurate and up to date management reporting as required.
  • Participate in global projects and initiatives to improve procedures and enhance our product offering.
  • Review administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for the clients.

Qualifications

  • University Degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
  • Demonstrable experience in a management position, from previously working within fund accounting or the Investor Operations/relations team with an exposure to AML/KYC processes
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills when dealing with Clients, Administrators and colleagues 
  • Demonstrate an ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve complex issues, provide guidance, assistance and training when required.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency using both Microsoft and Adobe products is an asset
