Project Manager

The European Project Manager is supporting Ford of Europe as a team to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Booking lead times and the proactive offer of Customer Promises are the key trust-building elements identified by Ford for a significant number of customers who still make their service booking over the phone. A regular mystery call should evaluate the performed Booking Lead Time, and the Customer Promises offered. The European Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Mystery Call Project for the European EU 19 Markets.

Main duty is to succeed at the following tasks:

Prepare the monthly calling lists for each market and wave (PV & CV).

• Ensure the meeting of the monthly deadlines in all markets.
• Setting up the quality assurance process necessary to guarantee the quality and accuracy of the data included in the Capacity Mystery Call project.
• Provide all team leaders with the relevant training information and support to guarantee consistency in the delivery of the service following FoE’s instructions.
• Act as main stakeholder with CTO for the usage and set up of the MSXI Dealers platform.
• Coordinate the activities of the data analysis team related to the project’s Tableau dasboards 
• Handle technical and operational issues that may occur and escalate any relevant issue 
• Assume the lead in the Weeky, monthly, quarterly, and yearly report the EU 19 Markets performance.
• Permanent communication with the FoE reporting teams and NSCs local responsible for the program for gathering of all relevant data necessary for the reporting.
• Permanent contact and support data analyst in achieving and keeping the Capacity Mystery Call data updated.

• Advanced use of MS Office365 applications, Advanced PowerPoint, and Excel knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Aftersales experience
• Advanced knowledge in Automotive and dealer operations.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Long-term thinking, patience, and a sustainability mindset.

• Perfect Communication skills and Listening skills.
