The European Project Manager is supporting Ford of Europe as a team to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Booking lead times and the proactive offer of Customer Promises are the key trust-building elements identified by Ford for a significant number of customers who still make their service booking over the phone. A regular mystery call should evaluate the performed Booking Lead Time, and the Customer Promises offered. The European Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Mystery Call Project for the European EU 19 Markets.
Main duty is to succeed at the following tasks:
