Safe-Hub is seeking a dynamic Program Operations Manager to spearhead our mission of creating safe spaces that combine the power of sport and holistic development to empower youth and change lives. Through our Safe-Hub platform and the activation of our youth and community development programs, we pride ourselves on creating supportive and inspiring learning environments that facilitate growth, build community, and help young people fulfill their potential.
About the Role
As the Program Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in maintaining and improving the quality and efficiency of our youth development programs. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure that our 'Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies, Healthy Futures' pillars are upheld and that our programs are executed flawlessly. This leadership role is perfect for someone who is a passionate and compassionate leader, possesses strong organizational skills, and has a vision for impactful youth development.
In this position, you will drive operational excellence, foster a culture of collaboration, and promote continuous improvement. You will manage program logistics, optimize resources, ensure high-quality program delivery, and evaluate program effectiveness. Your expertise will bolster our efforts to make lasting changes in the community, while supporting our mission to empower young people through engaging sports-based youth development programming.
