Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Solution Center Manager responsible for overseeing credit-related issues and maintaining relationships with investors and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales staff with credit-related issues and assist with hard-to-place loans
• Manage relationships with investors and handle loan product marketing collateral reviews
• Develop processes to enhance customer service standards and evaluate market trends for product opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 10 years' mortgage experience with expertise in jumbo and non-QM products
• Proficiency in Tax Return Analysis and a thorough understanding of credit
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing direct reports
• Ability to interpret DU and LP and communicate agency and investor guidelines effectively
