Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lock loans with investors and internal systems; manage re-locks and extension requests
• Provide support to Loan origination units and manage the Lock Desk queue efficiently
• Enforce Rate Lock Policy and assist in challenging pricing situations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Pricing / Lock Desk Support experience
• 3+ years of general Mortgage experience
• Working knowledge of secondary mortgage market frameworks including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and math skills
