Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Formulary Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and maintenance of custom formularies for various lines of business
• Monitor regulatory requirements and lead cross-functional teams to implement necessary programs
• Analyze prescription claims data to enhance formulary management strategies

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree from an accredited institution
• Current, unrestricted registered pharmacist license(s)
• 6-8 years of pharmacy experience in a health plan or PBM
• Knowledge of formulary development and management processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
