Job Title: Shopify Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Shopify & Amazon Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize our digital storefronts across Shopify Plus, Amazon, Walmart, and social commerce platforms like Instagram and Facebook Shops. This is a high-impact role on a lean, fast-paced team where ownership, accountability, and growth mindset are valued above all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily operations across Shopify Plus, Amazon, and Walmart, ensuring optimal store health and listing accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date product catalogs, pricing, descriptions, and inventory with internal teams and partners.
- Manage Instagram and Facebook Shops to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels and sales performance via Inventory Planner to ensure availability across all platforms.
- Support pre-order and restock coordination in collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and keep warehouse visibility aligned with site promotions.
- Assist in merchandising updates across sites: category pages, banners, and promotions.
- Manage product feeds and templates to improve search and discoverability.
- Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies using tools like Intelligems.
- Oversee and improve the customer returns process via Loop Returns to maintain a seamless, branded experience.
- Use analytics and insights to inform strategy across sales channels and user experience.
- Provide regular performance reporting and identify actionable improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in multi-channel DTC or consumer goods.
- Extensive experience with Shopify Plus is essential; familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a bonus. (90%+ of the work is Shopify)
- Experience with tools like Inventory Planner, Loop Returns, Rivo Loyalty, PageFly, JudgeMe, and Intelligems a major plus.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Familiarity with gaming or youth consumer products is a bonus.
- Experience in high-growth, lean teams, or solo-led eCommerce setups.
- Comfortable juggling priorities and owning workflows with high accountability and minimal oversight.
