Job Description

CEDA is currently seeking a Business Services Site Administrator for our Fort McMurray team!

You will play a key role in ensuring our internal and external customers have that support they need. If you are someone who has a strong ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and has great attention to detail, apply now!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help support the coordination of employee site mobilization and the activation of new hires
  • Ensure accuracy by reviewing daily LEMS prior to submitting for client approval and payroll
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to Contract Coordinator and Customers
  • Collaborate with different departments on and issues with billing and payroll
  • Help ensure accurate record keeping by updating employee information in our ERP system
  • Help coordinate employee booking for camp and travel as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Role Specifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a related role is required
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Class 5 driver’s license with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years
  • Strong computer skills – experience with Microsoft Suite of products
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • You are highly motivated and proactive; eagerly accepting new challenges
