Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach to support sales initiatives.
- Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance tracking documents.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Support the team in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and following up on sales inquiries.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts
