Location: Remote
Work Shift: Flexible, broken- ours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant / Admin Intern to support the leadership team with daily administrative, operational, and strategic tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in executive support, project coordination, business operations, and cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to anticipate the needs of executives while ensuring seamless operations.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career-shifters, or individuals looking to develop leadership, operational, and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support: 

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle emails, calls, and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents for leadership meetings.
  • Organize and maintain company records, databases, and confidential files.
  • Support executives in prioritizing and managing tasks effectively.

Operation & Project Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing company initiatives, meetings, and projects.
  • Track action items and deadlines, ensuring follow-through on key tasks.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Strategic & Business Support: 

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist in developing business strategies and performance reports.
  • Handle internal and external communications to support business growth.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to optimize business operations.

  • Fresh graduates, career-shifters, or individuals with experience in administrative, executive support, or operations roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
