A Director is responsible for leading a Team to analyze industry and consumer trends, developing long-term strategies for product categories, and managing relationships with vendors. They maximize consumer appeal through pricing, promotion, and product range management. Effective communication and a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles are essential.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 annually. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level.

We are looking for a director to manage our groups that are responsible for both our pricing as well as our reporting team for our company. You will be the one responsible for pricing strategy the stores and leadership to ensure we maximize sales, turns & GMROI.
An excellent Director must have extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment as well as see opportunities and over solutions or options. They must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles. Exceptional communication skills are also key in a Director’s position.
The goal is to increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth.
Reports directly to the Senior Director of Category Management.

This position is also responsible for a reporting team that regularly (daily or weekly) runs reports for both for the field and corporate that show ongoing progress and results. In addition they are also responsible for developing new reports as requested.
