We’re on the lookout for a stand-out People Generalist to join our team. 


You will provide on-the-ground support and advice to our team members and  Team Leaders on a wide-spectrum of people matters, work on key initiatives to drive diversity, equity and inclusion, lead on People team data, reporting and analysis, and support on other key People Operations processes.

What You’ll Do
  • You’ll work closely with the People Team to drive best-in-class people initiatives across the business. Reporting to the Senior People and Culture Manager with a dotted line to the Head of People Operations, responsibilities include:
People Advisory
  • Being the first port-of-call for team member enquiries, utilising tools and regular communication channels to drive self-service.
  • Providing advice and guidance to our Customer Operations Team Leaders on all aspects of the people lifecycle, including employee relations matters, balancing commerciality and compassion. Supporting the upskilling of Team Leaders to manage their teams effectively and autonomously.
  • Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation to foster belonging and equity. Playing a key role in the Moneybox DE&I task force and implementation of our strategic initiatives.
  • Representing the People team at day one onboarding, providing a best-in-class experience for our new starters.
  • Supporting the roll out of People initiatives across the organisation.
People Operations
  • Reporting and data: owning data collection and analysis of People data, to identify trends, measure effectiveness and inform decision making. This will include ensuring data integrity, the creation of the regular dashboards and for key committees, , and with ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Employee engagement surveys: implementing our listening strategy and leading on engagement survey configuration using our survey tool. Supporting our People Partners with interpretation of the data for action planning.
  • Benefits management and administration: supporting the Office + People Coordinator with handling benefits enquiries and administration, HRIS data entry and coordination of new team member onboarding. Owning benefit broker relationships and implementing communication plans to raise awareness and increase employee adoption rate of our benefits.
  • People Tech: supporting the rollout and adoption of new and existing People Tech and processes to drive efficiency and optimise workflows.
  • Payroll: supporting monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy.


Experience and Skills
  • Previous experience in a People role, supporting a broad range of People processes and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of People policies and UK employment law.
  • Experience supporting a range of employee relations cases.
  • Experience administering benefits and payroll.
  • Confident analysing and interpreting data to tell a story and drive action.
  • Experience supporting DE&I initiatives.

Our office is in Southwark, London, by the Oxo Tower. Our team works on a hybrid basis with two days in the office.
