We are currently looking for a Customer Support Team Lead in Latvia.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage a team of customer support specialists, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and encourage a culture of accountability and growth
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team member
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations and boost efficiency
- Oversee communication with our business clients and ensure exceptional service delivery across all channel
- Handle B2B customer inquiries and manage contracts with professionalism and attention to detail
- Oversee all customer communication channels—including email, live chat, and phone calls—ensuring clear, consistent, and timely responses from the team

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Latvian, Russian, and English

Monthly salary:
- 1600-1905 EUR Gross. A specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
