We are looking for a passionate Digital Analyst who loves to work with web technologies and big data projects. You will consult internal stakeholders by leveraging data insights and act as the interface between the product team and the business. The ideal candidate is a sharp mind that gathers insights and turns them into business value, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Consult internal stakeholders by leveraging data insights
• Act as the interface between the product team and the business
• Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Qlik, and Looker
• Implement and manage digital analytics and tag management solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance

Must Have:

• 5-7 years of experience in digital analytics and tag management
• Understanding of digital marketing
• Knowledge of Tealium Tag Management, Google Cloud BigQuery, and SQL
• Experience with Google Analytics UA/GA360/GA4, Data Studio, Qlik, and Looker
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to stakeholders
• Experience working in the area of customer experience in the Travel or Retail industry
• Good command of English both spoken and written

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other digital analytics tools and platforms
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or data analysis tools
• Relevant certifications in digital analytics or data management
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in digital analytics
