Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
• Guide and educate customers on health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
• Research complex issues and provide timely follow-up on customer concerns

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in an office or call center setting preferred
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and complete required training
• Experience in customer service with a focus on compassion and rapport building
