Lead Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Provider Group Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise provider enrollment specialists and oversee processing of applications, revalidations, CHOWs, COIs, and updates for Medicare and Medicaid
• Act as a subject matter expert for enrollment workflows, issue resolution, and escalation support
• Monitor timelines and metrics, reallocating resources to meet deadlines and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment experience, including CMS 855 forms, PECOS, and state Medicaid systems
• Minimum 1 year in a lead or senior specialist role with oversight responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
