Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health at Mission Healthcare

This is a full-time position located in Gilbert, AZ

Coverage area(s): Gilbert, Maricopa, Sun Lakes, Tempe, Mesa

• Initiate and revise the plan of care based on patient status and needs.
• Develop a comprehensive care plan with patient and family involvement, focusing on palliative nursing actions.
• Provide counseling to patients and families to meet nursing and related needs.
• Deliver health care instructions tailored to each patient's assessment and plan.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• Current licensure in the State of Arizona.
• BLS hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
