What You Will Do ✍️

• Assist in developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales and brand growth
• Manage product listings, website updates, and content optimization to enhance the customer experience
• Monitor sales performance and key e-commerce metrics, preparing reports and insights for the management team
• Ensure smooth integration between Shopify, inventory management systems, and ERP software
• Work with the logistics team to oversee order fulfillment, delivery tracking, and customer service improvements
• Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email campaigns, paid ads, and conversion rate optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper stock levels and demand forecasting

Who You Are 👀

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is a huge plus
• Advanced level of Excel, Google Analytics, and other data tools to track and analyze performance
• A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
• A great communicator and team player, able to work cross-functionally
• Passionate about fashion, digital commerce, and customer experience
