Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data from Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices and provide results to facilities
• Document and report customer contacts and complaints for tracking and regulatory purposes
• Provide technical support and accurate information to customers regarding cardiac devices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree
• Experience with reading and interpreting diagnostics from cardiac devices
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Knowledge of FDA regulations related to medical devices
