Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients receive necessary support throughout the Customer Journey and collaborate with the Professional Learning team
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing accounts in the EdTech sector
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through growth, retention, and expansion
  • Experience in client success planning and understanding client goals
  • Strong product knowledge and regional expertise
  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus
