As our Integrated Media Strategist, you will...

Transform insights into impactful media campaigns. You will be a self-starter, adept at using audience insights and data to inform planning, substantiate hypotheses, evaluate results, and drive optimization.  This isn't just a job – it's your launching pad into the world of strategic media planning.

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Holistic media planning: Navigate and optimize paid media strategies across: digital, social, mobile, print, radio, television and out-of-home channels 
  • Conduct deep-dive research to identify and evaluate potential media partners
  • Overseeing inventory procurement, including contracting, spec gathering, and ad trafficking
  • Managing in-market campaigns to ensure performance, delivery, and optimizations are on track
  • Maintaining and updating paperwork related to media authorizations and insertion orders
  • Assistance with gathering and compiling campaign media reporting and metrics
  • Collaborating with the Analytics team to ensure proper tagging, reporting, insights, and optimization strategies are in place
  • Daily oversight of campaign performance, pacing, and issue resolution to ensure performance, delivery, and optimizations are on track
  • Managing program budgets, invoicing, and billing reconciliation

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • 1-2 years of media planning and buying experience across digital/social/mobile, TV, radio, print, and/or OOH
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience with ad servers and ad verification (e.g., DCM, TDD, DV), including accurate campaign setup, creative trafficking, QA, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Experience with syndicated data sources and tools (e.g. MRI-Simmons, Telmar, Nielsen, Pathmatics)
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace

The salary range for this role is $56,8500 - $68,250, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
