As a Director, Client Success you will…

Oversee and lead all account management processes on your respective accounts within our Adobe practice. You’ll act as a senior solution-oriented leader who thrives on developing lasting relationships between the client and agency teams. Utilizing industry knowledge and experience, you will inspire team members to help make our platform solutions innovative, smart, and compelling. This position involves consistent client contact and operates at a high level in all account and relationship management aspects. It also requires a depth of marketing technology expertise, preferably in the Adobe solutions space.

Be accountable and responsible 

  • Managing a portfolio of new and existing accounts that leverage various Adobe products (Workfront/Marketo) under the Content Supply Chain umbrella
  • Creating relationships with senior clients to facilitate the overall needs of the client and agency
  • Guiding clients by educating them with strategy, ideas, trends, and thought leadership
  • Efficiently balancing the dual expectations and concerns of the agency and our clients
  • Leveraging experience and capabilities to craft strategic and creative solutions for both existing and new business clients
  • Growing business by utilizing experience to identify additional business needs and implement solutions
  • Incorporating senior staff from other departments as project objectives or issues warrant
  • Facilitating the estimation and proposal process for new work
  • Authoring and negotiating statements of work, ensuring documentation, accuracy, and implementation follow-through
  • Managing account financial revenue and profitability

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • 6-8 years experience of account management/client success experience leading digitally-focused experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, business management, or equivalent work experience
  • Adobe Product Expertise (Workfront OR Marketo): In-depth knowledge of Adobe solutions, particularly within the Content Supply Chain
  • Understanding of marketing technologies, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management Systems (CMS), Channel Management, Analytics, and Digital Marketing tools.
  • Experience in formulating and driving long-term strategic account strategies, plans, and roadmaps
  • Demonstrated understanding of Customer Relationship Management, Content Management, Channel Management, Analytics, Digital Marketing and Digital Tools
  • Delivery experience in project management or consulting desired
  • Proven competencies in managing complex client organizations and relationships
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise presentations and lead strategic discussions internally and with clients
  • Experience in negotiation and organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Facilitates team motivation and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work with a distributed team with tact and good judgment

The salary range for this role is $122,800 - $153,500, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
