Mercier Consultancy is urgently seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Travel & Tour Packages Department for one of our clients. In this fast-paced Entry Level role, you will provide vital assistance to our Italian-speaking customers, helping them navigate our travel offerings and ensuring a memorable experience.
Your fluency in Italian will be key as you assist clients with inquiries about tour packages, travel itineraries, and bookings. Your role will also involve troubleshooting issues and addressing customer concerns promptly, ensuring that every traveler feels valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian via phone, email, and live chat for travel inquiries
- Assist clients with booking travel packages, making changes, and addressing any issues that arise
- Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, and travel policies
- Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently
- Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our travel offerings
- Stay updated on travel trends and promotional offers to better assist clients
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine passion for travel and helping customers plan their perfect trip
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
