In this Junior role, you will be the key point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing comprehensive support and assistance related to their streaming services. Your communication skills will be essential in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable viewing experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding streaming services, account issues, and content availability
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns
• Provide detailed information about new releases and service features
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our services
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company updates

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with streaming services and customer support tools
