Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in connecting with our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with questions related to account management, playlists, and music recommendations
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve user issues effectively
• Provide detailed information about platform features, promotions, and new releases
• Gather user feedback to improve service delivery and platform functionality
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and best practices

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the music streaming or entertainment industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms
