Mercier Consultancy is proud to announce an exciting opening for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Food Delivery Service Department for one of our clients! In this vital entry level role, you will be responsible for assisting our French-speaking customers with their food delivery inquiries, providing them with the support they need to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping others, this position is a fantastic opportunity for you. You will interact with clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and make their food delivery experience as seamless as possible.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding orders, delivery times, and menu selections
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Work closely with delivery teams to resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide updates to customers regarding their orders
- Gather feedback from customers to aid in service improvements
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on our offerings and procedures
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the food delivery or logistics sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
