Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Health & Wellness Products Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Health & Wellness Products Department. In this vital entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about our health and wellness products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Your fluency in Spanish will be essential as you engage with clients, helping them understand product benefits, addressing their concerns, and guiding them in making informed purchasing decisions. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our customers in the health and wellness sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding health and wellness products
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with product and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Gather customer feedback to support the improvement of our services and product offerings
• Stay informed about health and wellness trends and product information

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in health and wellness products, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a dynamic work environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help customers achieve their goals
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
