Customer Service & Sales Representative (Remote)
Part-Time | $14–$16/hour (based on experience)

Super Organics, a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in dietary supplements (and its sister brands), is looking for a personable, motivated, and experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our remote team.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice behind our brand, helping customers with their questions, resolving concerns, and providing thoughtful product recommendations. You’ll manage inbound and outbound communication across email, phone, and live chat, while also proactively reaching out to past customers to re-engage and drive repeat business. Upselling products and promoting our subscription program will be part of your day-to-day efforts.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time
- Occasional Saturday availability is a plus (but not required)
- Hours: 25–35 hours per week
- Pay: $14–$16 per hour, depending on experience
- Location: Remote (must have a quiet and professional work environment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Make outbound calls to re-engage past customers, offer promotions, and drive conversions
- Assist with product recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Help to continuously develop and expand processes to streamline support workflows
- Represent our brands with empathy, knowledge, and a customer-first mindset
Preferred Education:
- 2-Year Associate’s Degree or 4-Year College Degree

- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in phone and email support
- At least 1 year in a customer-facing role (chat support preferred)
- Experience with sales or upselling is a major plus
- Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, remote work environment
