Portuguese Speaking Customer Support for Streaming TV & Movie Services Departmen

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department for one of our clients! In this exciting Entry Level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our streaming services. Your linguistic skills will help our customers enjoy a seamless viewing experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding account issues, content availability, and subscription plans
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide detailed information about new releases and service features
• Gather feedback from clients to help enhance service offerings
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in entertainment or streaming services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools
