Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Music Streaming Platform Client! In this vibrant role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking users, providing essential support and assistance related to their music streaming experience. Your expertise will help users navigate our platform and resolve any inquiries they may have. This is an Entre Level position with the possibility of professional grown within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist users with questions regarding music streaming services, account issues, and platform features
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve technical and service-related issues
  • Provide guidance on using the platform effectively and maximizing user experience
  • Gather feedback from users to inform improvements to our services
  • Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product changes and best practices
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the music or entertainment industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong passion for music and understanding of music streaming platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
