Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding our virtual assistant services and features
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaboration with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery
• Provide insights and guidance on utilizing our virtual assistants effectively
• Gather client feedback to support service improvements
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on service offerings

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in a service-oriented role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems
