In this key entry level role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support as they navigate our food delivery platform. Your fluency in Portuguese will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective assistance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding orders, delivery statuses, and payment issues
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with delivery teams and internal staff to resolve complex issues
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on our food delivery options and promotions
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve product knowledge

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the food service or delivery sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and systems
