Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Food Delivery Service Department for one of our clients! In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking clients as they navigate our food delivery services. Your ability to communicate effectively will ensure that customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience with our platform.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and troubleshooting
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve customer concerns
- Provide detailed information regarding menu items, delivery times, and service areas
- Collect customer feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage in regular training to stay updated on our services and offerings
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, ideally in the food delivery or service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and the food delivery landscape
