Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for Health & Wellness Products Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a passionate Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Health & Wellness Products Client. In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding support and information regarding our health and wellness products.

Your fluency in Portuguese will allow you to communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through product inquiries, order placements, and resolving any concerns they may have. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and enhancing customer satisfaction in the health and wellness sector. This Entre Level position will allow you to start your professional career in a multi-national well-know company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding health and wellness products
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product features, benefits, and usage
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer queries
  • Educate customers about health & wellness best practices and product recommendations
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement in our offerings
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the health and wellness sector, is preferred
  • Able to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in health and wellness and a commitment to helping customers
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
