French Speaking Customer Support for Gaming & Sports Department

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Gaming & Sports Department! In this exciting Junior position, you will be the essential link between our French-speaking clients and our gaming and sports services. Your key responsibility will be to provide top-tier support to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to gaming and sports services
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support database
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve client issues and improve service delivery
• Provide detailed information about gaming and sports events, promotions, and services
• Gather feedback from clients to aid in service enhancement efforts
• Engage in ongoing training to keep up with industry trends and service updates

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in gaming, sports, or entertainment sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach toward providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software
