French Speaking - Customer Service Representative

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to enhance our dedicated team! In this vital role, you will be the primary contact for our valued French-speaking clients, delivering outstanding service and support. Your fluency in French will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with clients through various communication channels, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions with professionalism and empathy. Your contributions will be key in fostering strong client relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French through telephone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions regarding our products and services
• Keep detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues
• Provide clients with information and guidance to enhance their experience
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvements
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our product offerings

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable
• Strong ability to manage multiple inquiries in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering quality service
• Experience with customer service platforms is a plus
