Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for an Estonian Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Consumer Goods Department! In this important Junior role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Estonian-speaking customers, providing them with top-notch support and assistance regarding our wide range of consumer products. Your fluency in Estonian will be crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about consumer goods and are eager to help customers solve problems and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Estonian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions about product information, order status, and returns
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues
• Provide detailed information about products and promotions
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve services and product offerings
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of consumer goods

• Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in consumer goods or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software
