Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Online Learning & EdTech Department for one of our clients. In this vital entry level role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Czech-speaking customers as they navigate our educational platforms and resources.

Your fluency in Czech will be crucial as you assist learners with course inquiries, technical support, and any issues they may encounter while using our services. You will contribute to a positive learning experience, ensuring that our clients feel supported and motivated to achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding online learning inquiries
  • Assist customers with questions about course materials, enrollment processes, and technical issues
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions to enhance the user experience
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve our learning platforms
  • Stay updated on educational trends and product features to provide informed support
  • Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on educational technology
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in online learning or EdTech, is preferred
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries and provide quick resolutions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in education and helping learners succeed
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
