Czech Speaking Customer Service for Grocery Delivery Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Grocery Delivery Services Department for one of our clients. In this vital Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers as they navigate their grocery delivery experience.

Your fluency in Czech will be essential in assisting clients with inquiries regarding product selections, order statuses, and delivery options, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in our grocery delivery services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat regarding grocery delivery inquiries
• Assist clients with product selection, order placement, and delivery scheduling
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and product offerings
• Stay updated on grocery trends, promotions, and new product launches

• Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on grocery delivery services
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the grocery or retail industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine passion for helping customers and enhancing their shopping experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
