In this role, you will support our Dutch-speaking customers who are passionate about sustainable living and eco-friendly products. Your primary responsibilities will include answering product inquiries, assisting with order placements, and providing information on sustainable practices. Your knowledge and enthusiasm for eco-friendly products will help our customers make informed choices that align with their values. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries regarding eco-friendly products.
• Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and returns.
• Educate customers on the benefits of eco-friendly practices and products.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Document interactions and gather feedback to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about product offerings and sustainability trends to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share customer insights and improve services.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in eco-friendly or retail sectors, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for sustainability and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to learn about eco-friendly products and sustainable practices quickly.
• Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
