In this essential role, you will be responsible for assisting our Spanish-speaking clients with their billing inquiries and ensuring accurate billing processes. Responsibilities

• Provide support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding billing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with account setup, billing discrepancies, payment processing, and invoice generation.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues and streamline processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Educate clients on billing policies and procedures to enhance their understanding.
• Identify patterns in billing issues and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance service delivery.

• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support, billing, or finance roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with billing systems and accounting software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
